The practice principle is about 60 yrs and works in his practice with a female GP who is doing about 35 hrs per week. The owner will transition for a period of 6-12 months with the new owner, and if the female is required, she'd be delighted to stay on too! The business owner also owns the freehold but is only happy to sell the business and keep the freehold; a long lease will be granted to the new buyer at the rate of $80K pa + GST + on-costs. All patient files are in the computer, and with patients coming in 7 days a week, this is a busy practice. Opening hours are 9am to 10pm, with GPs sometimes working til 11pm with the high patient demand in this location. As the suburb is not a DWS location, it still could be an attractive practice for a DWS restricted VR GP as there are so many options to work in the practice; being 4 hrs each week night, Sat afternoon and evening as well as all day Sunday, being just over 40 hrs.
